Our Team consists of highly trained individuals who are dedicated to making your visit to our office as comfortable as possible. From the knowledgable administrative staff, to our caring and compassionate clinical team of hygienists and assistants, we are constantly striving to provide you with an exceptional dental experience.

Lark – Organizational Optimist

As our Business Manager, Lark applies her organizational talents to everything from streamlining office procedures to providing outstanding care for our patients and referring offices. She is quick to smile, easy to talk to, and eager to find solutions. Her calm personality encourages creative responses to life’s challenges.

In her free time, Lark loves to hike, travel, read, listen to music and spend time with her family. She speaks several languages and can imitate a variety of foreign accents.

Haley – High-spirited Hostess

Haley is our amazing Receptionist, and most often the first face you will see when you enter our office. You can be assured that she will always greet you with a smile and warm welcome. Haley’s energy and sunny attititde helps her to keep each day running smoothly. She excels at ensuring our patients a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Haley enjoys sunny summer days full of outdoor activities. She is especially fond of her pug MaKyah, and she loves watching movies, going biking, and spending time surrounded by friends, family and laughter.

Renee – Reassuring Reliability

Renee is the newest member to join our practice, and we are so happy to have her on the team! Her easygoing manner and unwavering focus on great patient care sets everyone around her at ease. You may hear her pleasant voice on the phone when you call to schedule your appointment, or find her quietly helping out at the front desk when you check in. But don’t let her calm exterior fool you: She is equally as quick to laugh as to smile, and has a wonderful sense of humor that brightens everyone’s day.

Renee loves the outdoors and spends most of her time outside of work with her husband, two young children, and their dog. Her favorite outdoor activities include camping, going to the coast and hiking at the many beautiful lakes that grace our state.

Angela – Passionate Powerhouse

Angela’s exuberant personality and drive for perfection have helped her to conquer many new duties during her time in our office. She has answered phones, organized patient charts, greeted new arrivals at the front desk, and most recently she has grown into new roles in financial consulting and billing services for our patients. In all areas, Angela pours her boundless energy into creating the best possible patient experience.

Angela loves to listen to music and she has a beautiful voice, which she raises in song at her local church – and occasionally right here at the office! She is also very talented at crafts, and often amazes the staff with her creative creations.

Cheryl – Cordial Commerce Commissioner

Cheryl’s years of customer service benefit our patients daily. She greets everyone that comes through our doors with a smile, and is always eager to hear a great story when someone wants to share it.

Cheryl’s home near Eugene was built by her husband’s family, when they arrived after by wagon train during the 1800s. If you are here during the summer, you may see some of the amazing bouquets that she brings from her beautiful yard. Cheryl is very involved in her local community including fundraisers and preparing meals for “Ag in the Classroom.” Her love of travel has taken her on many exciting adventures.

Tracey – Conqueror of Chaos

A team member who’s been there from the start, Tracey is the Lead Assistant at the practice. She oversees ordering of clinical materials and is responsible for compliance of OSHA regulations. Tracey has a sharp eye for detail and cares for our patients in a competent and compassionate manner. She has developed a sixth sense for anticipating and detecting Dr. Welch’s needs while assisting him in clinical treatment. We call it “Timopathy”.

Tracey lives with her husband near Eugene where they enjoy the serenity of nature and raising animals.

Brandy – Breathtaking Boldness

Brandy assists Dr. Welch with an outgoing and energetic attitude. She knew that she wanted to be in the dental field when she graduated from Thurston High School. Her can-do attitude and drive for perfection helped her join our team.

Brandy’s love of sports and the outdoors drives her to never turn down exciting new challenges. During the fall she can be found at most football games cheering for our Ducks and soaking up the exciting atmosphere. She recently became a home owner and loves everything that comes along with owning your own house, minus the yard work. Brandy also loves playing with her English Bull dog, “Dexter,” and spending time with her wonderful husband, Kevin, and new baby Mason.

Nanci – Kindness Incarnate

We are honored to have Nanci on our team. Among her many gifts , she has a special instinct for perceiving others’ needs as she gracefully supports patients throughout their treatment process. Nanci is her family’s 5th generation to live in Coburg and very active in the community, and with her three boys’ sports and extra-curricular activities. Rain or shine, you are likely to find Nanci cheering one of her sons from the comfort of her lawn chair and blanket.

Nanci is our primary recovery room assistant. Her ability to put all of our patients at ease while they recover is one in a million. After just a little time with Nanci, all your questions and concerns will be dissolved and you will leave our office feeling well cared for and appreciated.

Becky – Poised Protector

With a strong background in assisting various types of dental procedures, Becky joined our team in 2005 and has been a wonderful support for patients and team alike. A self-proclaimed “country girl” with a love for Jeeps, Harleys and Dachshunds, Becky fares consistently well in our high-tech clinical environment. With a smile that never leaves her face and a clever saying always on the tip of her tongue, Becky keeps everyone’s spirits high. If you need a helping hand, a laugh, or just want to ride on the back of a custom hog, Becky’s your choice.

Traci – Humble Humanitarian

With a big heart and a soft smile, Traci is a great assistant to Dr. Welch and our staff. You will most likely meet her on your first visit to our office, as she sits with you to answer all your questions and prepare you for your consult with Dr. Welch. Her warm demeanor is both inviting and sure to put all your cares at ease.

Traci is true animal lover and frequently rescues unfortunate dogs, cats, horses, even ferrets and guinea pigs. Her true joys in life are her daughters Gracelyn and Rowan and her sweetheart Jesse. She loves camping, her pets, going for walks, and spending as much time with her family as she can.

Buzzing through the day, Tracie transforms each place she lands. With a diverse background, rich in experience, Tracie elevates the level of care at the practice with her attention to others’ needs. Tracie supports team members with genuine care and understanding. She is an amazing athlete and a proud mom, supporting her childrens’ endeavors in every way.

Elena – Princess of 1,000 Smiles

Go ahead, try not to smile when you meet her. You can’t help but feel better when you encounter Elena’s warmth. A proud mom and a dedicated team player, she balances her family and work admirably. Along with her contagious smile, Elena has a diverse linguistic background and is a terrific resource for our Spanish-speaking patients.
